Urban Green Project is a non-profit
organization dedicated to creating
community spaces filled with ornamental
greenery and vegetables. We believe these spaces enrich communities, boost mental health and provide nutritious food, year round.
Our Community driven non-profit organization is a 501(c)(3), all donations to Urban Green Project and our individual community gardens are 501(c)(3) tax deductible.
Our Local Mission - Manteca, California
We’re working to build our first community garden in Manteca, California. We look forward to starting this project in early 2025. We are harnessing big ideas of educational classes, community groups and sustainable research. With the help of City of Manteca, grants, donors, volunteers and educational institutions, we look forward to diving into this community space in our hometown.
Urban Green Project is based in Lathrop, California, with deep roots in Manteca and the California Central Valley. Our upcoming project is located in Manteca, California.
